" I've never played either of those builds so I'm not sure. AFaik HoAg is really strong defensively. If I had to make a guess, I'd say this build is the among the weaker ones in general. I will say this, afaik, this version of DO is probably close to the fastest in terms of clearspeed, so if that's what you're looking for, its a good one to compare against HoAg and vortex builds and compare. We level as ED Cont and switch to DO, so it literally takes nothing to switch back. I make build guides for fun.

Hello fatfat64, I looked at your build and let myself change a bit, namely I exchanged The gray Spire for Cane of Unravelling and Essence Drain for Soulrend. I added "Damage Over Time and Chaos Damage Overtime Multipier" from Corruption ring. Net 3x "Energy Shield" from "Unnatural Calm" + other 3x "Energy Shield" from "Foresigh" and I go to "Melding". Thanks to these changes, I have 7610 ES and 861k dot dps on Soulrend. On the minus side there is a loss of ~20k dot dps from Death Aura. I think it's not worth exchanging something for Allelopathy, because I will not use Blight anyway.

" You're using WP instead of Profane Bloom and you're dropping the nodes upto charistma? That's a lot of DO dmg loss, clearing will be harder, specially with no blight. You can turn soulread into a clearskill with gmp, but at that point, why bother with DO at all? That's a Soulrend build. I make build guides for fun.

Hey i am doing your build and its really fun :)
I started off with Bane (some build like raiz) and respecced into this thinking it would be really powerful.
