Abyss will only appear from act 6 onwards, and i believe its around 10% chance per area for them to appear (maybe less)
your gear wont have been downgraded, not sure why or is this has happened? you are clearly playing in the standard league though. |

No the problem he has is, he didn't realize, that with the new bestiary league, the old league ends. So all your chars previous to bestiary leagie become standard league characters, without any special events. Abysses are taken over into the core game, but they are much more rare than in the abyss league. If you want to play beastiary, you have to start from 0 and make a new char in HC or SC Beastiary league. Every time a new league comes out, all Chars transition into standard and the event league starts with a total fresh economy and chars.
So in your case, make a new char if you want to play beastiary. |

Thank you curious. I think that maybe people forget that some of us don't know all the ins and outs. I am a casual binge player. I will go months without gaming, then see something that catches my interest and drop my real life for a month or so. In a game that has the complexities this one does, it can leave a guy confused.
