My god, this is incredible. I have only one complaint - the Occultist still doesn't have a mana-to-ES conversion, Hierophant-style.

" calling it best is a huge stretch. It is way better than before, and you can actually justify playing it over another ascendancy without completely gimping yourself.... However... Heiro, inquis, assassin is probably still better than elementalist for just about any build you would do except golems |

Cool, i got some new plans for the League:
