The only nerf I see is nature's boon's ele damage reduction was reduced to 6% from its current 8%, but as you said you now get 3 flask charges instead of 1 so its an overall buff, not sure why any one would bitch over 2% ele damage reduction.
Its 3 Flask Charges per 3 seconds, its not changed per second, the difference it comes in bursts.

Probably designed for players who try to perma-flask,

It currently 1 flask charge every 3 sec so its a buff no matter how you look at it.

He is about flask recharge nerf. Now we can get only 1 charge over 0.25sec using critical strikes. It was nerfed long time ago.

I thought pathfinder would get more flask effectiveness with this patch (flasks were nerfed, but PF got no bonuses)

Enemies tauted by YOU cannot evade
So it wont work
Or you have to taunt, then your totems will have 100% chance to hit, but to taunt you have to hit, so you need accuracy.... Or may be using endur cry?....

node be4(Conqueror) gives you 100% taunt on hit. So u can take any safe range hit skill for ex. arc with curse on hit and have 100% accurate totems.

U can hit with spells like orb of storms or bladefall with curse on hit setup.
But that would be shitty to taunt mob from atziri trio when you playing totems.
