Well, to be fair, he also said in that same interview that abyss monsters don't drop maps, so I'll take his "certainty" about Bisco's with a grain of salt.

Not everyone using it, I did reroll all my biscos to max I found in t pass and sold them all.. Well this league didn’t drop single 1 but I don’t mind.. if I do find 1 I’ll sell it too;)
