is fire penetration supp gem better than faster attacks? (molten strike setup) because ive seen so many others not using faster attacks

also, im using Pandemonius and i just want to ask if
1. can we apply chill effect on end game bosses? 2. if yes, then is blind applied to them also? looking forward to your response. thanks. |

" IMO not but the best thing is when you test it yourself :) the reason why I use Faster Attacks evan is more balls, more dps and more sustain because life on hit. " Yes you should be able to chill all endgame bosses when they are not immune... not sure if one is. And yes the blind will also be applied. |

the Pandemonius is perfect! blinded endgame bosses and i didnt die from red map elder guardians, chimera, etc. i took vaal pact to compensate for the leech speed i lost from not using carnage heart. also took iron reflexes for further phys reeduction. am using formless inferno with 3 addtl molten strikes proj, 8%phys reduction as fire dmg comes in nice also. overall, very nice build!

LOVE THIS BUILD! Thanks! Made it to 91 before getting terribly bored, and did another version of Frost Blades previously, this one blows it away.
