I have question about Chance to blind. Why??

Interesting, giving this a shot! How does this compare to a ranger deadeye version with the new tailwind? Has more survival and boss damage, but less movement and map clear speed?

Also, for weapon could we use Doomfletch or some other high damage weapon?

Hi, one question about this build. Is this build viable if you dont have currency to 6 link the bow or do you need alot of currency before this runs smoothly around ?

What does "Very progressive budget" means to you?

Yes it runs smooth from 50C. You'll be able to farm curr.

Btw, I checked your profile. FrostBomb should be 1 level higher (so you can self-cast it). Rest of gear is allready great. Just miss quality on most gems. And your flasks are really meh. No immune to curse --> garbage build.
