Vaal pact, Brutal Fervour, developers fail.

Which builds that don't use vaal pact got wiped? Overleech didn't get removed. That's what makes slayer powerful, isn't it?

A good thing they didn't nerf everything that doesn't use VP. Unless everyone was a BF Slayer, which would probably happen have they left it alone and I'm not sure it still won't.

I mean what are you going to use your fancy 2H weapon with now? Inquisitor? It will be either Slayer or Warchief Zerker and not everyone likes totems.

It was certainly nice, but the 10% rate was more what made it powerful. With the vaal pact change this change was necessary, but nerfing leech rate so much really just hurts all the builds and makes vaal pact all the more necessary for slayers and none slayers alike.

Why is this such a bad thing? The slayer’s theme is leech, your incompatibility suggestions would result in no one wanting brutal fervor and everyone taking VP instead because it’s still stronger overall and the overkill leech is better than regen. Now at least some people will still take brutal fervor for the evasion friendly stun immunity. It’s more of a choice this way than your suggestion is.

As for VP being mandatory that may not be the case. With reflect gone, I doubt it’ll be worth going out of your way for.
