Rigwald's Curse + Facebreaker without a shield?

Use a quiver, it's what i did.

Believe me it's fucking fabulous seeing your char throw uppercuts with two hands open holding nothing.

I made it on a ranger it was fucking epic with stuff like infernal blow. Throw the initial punch and watch the gore ensue.

Go blackgleam i think it's called quiver and go full fire conversion and get some easy way to negate reflect.
edit : the damage can go extremely wild when you play it but it's glassy though. Lot's of fun.

If quivers are okay, you could always build a triple/quadruple ancestral warchief scion. Just get a BoR, that shitty quiver and the new hierophant node with the dual totem node on the skilltree.

Thats 4 ancestral warchiefs and easy powercharges.

Doesnt really qualify as melee anymore, but it sure as hell sounds viable on paper.

I'll use a quiver then, call it desperate but i always liked the idea of an unarmed build since the moment i played Poe years ago but i never actually did it because i also disliked having a shield... it kinda killed the 'badass' vibe for me lol.
And with the Thresher Glove mtx i really dug into more info about an unarmed build because that mtx is EXACTLY what i wanted for a long time now, its like a dream come true.

I guess its a bit childish but yeah i really wanted to have an unarmed wolvarine type build for a long time.

What if i go for extra armour and life nodes? Will that help?

i think it might be possible to use mtx to hide the shield u are wearing tho same effect altho u still get the stats from the shield :P not sure if the invisible dys thingy works on shields tho.

nvm just checked and this is only for helmets, body, glove and boots :(

Yeah i got the vanishing dye 2 years ago i think and honestly i barely used used it lol.
I do have 6 skin transfers left for maybe my helmet, i want it to look like a bear.
