Farming efficiency and build cost

warchief totems is super cheap

the only expensive stuff are abyssus and facebreaker which are like 30 c combined

the rest of the stuff is liek a couple C Only

ofc buying a 6link belly and stuff is expensive but it's not needed

It depends on a lot of things, I got to T16 maps in 50c gear, now I'M sitting at like 1000c worth of gear, only difference is, it is not a tabula, but a 6link bow and a kaoms, that I use,waiting for my fusings to sell so I can buy the most expensive helmet enchant (+2 barrage proj).

On the other hand if you don't want to pay 4-500c for a 6link unique anything you can buy 6link white bases for cheap and alch it until it gets a life roll, approx cost 40c, it was never this easy to get a 6link in this game and I would say it is even cheaper than last league, exalts might be all time low, but the chaos to fuse is still stable and even 1000c gear this league could mean a 8-10 ex build last league, even tho it is 25 ex atm.

I don't really count the currency I make, as I just want to get to my league goal, which is level 95, that's like 3-400 maps left to finish up, depending on the tiers I farm and I'm pretty sure, I get an other 1000-1500 chaos during the journey.

So yeah, you can have builds that work with 50c build cost, then with best in slots items it skyrockets up to 1500-2000 chaos, but if you plan to play a build to 90+, then it is justified in my opinion, I mean it is not neccesary, but min-maxing stats is part of the fun.

I think most 'cheap' builds are builds where you can at least start mapping at the start of the league for very little currency and then once you generate currency, you can upgrade your build to go for higher content. I mean all 'good' builds will want a 6L at endgame but starter/cheap builds are the ones where you can finish chapter 10 and get to maps on a 4L and upgrade from there.

Some builds also require more skill (archer, etc) and also different clear speeds. Totems builds can be used to clear maps that are several levels above just because you can go slow and let your totems chip away at enemy health while you just concentrate on dodging things. Of course, the kill speed will be slightly slower as well (although some totems builds can clear fast like FB totems)
