If you want one like OP has:
ilvl >=82 opal ring (better i84, but it's more expensive, and only matters for res rolls if you get really lucky). Spam alterations (+ augs) until you hit t1 wed. If it's the only mod and you feel frisky, aug (I wouldn't if you don't have quite a few exalts to burn through).

Then regal. Then annul the undesired mods (if you have, say, t1 wed and another t1/t2 prefix that you can use, you could mastermod prefixes cannot change and purge the suffix). Then proceed to multimod.

I found lightning arrow to be much better than tornado shot for the purposes of leveling this build. I transitioned into a Twyzel wand around level 40ish. It's a bit tough at first, but with decent gear, it's not bad at all. I got bloodcoil rings x 2 and a prismweave, all of which can be bought for 1 alch each (even basically perfect rolls). These 3 add a ton of dps to your kinetic blast and barrage.

For the leveling process, I rushed to the duelist area for proj dmg and life, then up to the wand nodes and it has done well for me.

Lastly, use Blasphemy + Poacher's Mark or Assassin's Mark to help with life and mana gain on hit/kill. That's probably the biggest boost for me. I even linked them to an AoE gem to help with the radius at first. Now I'm transitioning into the CoH + Herald of Ice + Assassin's Mark + onslaught link setup.

A little correction could be necessary here. Also in the tree level 97 you give, were we can see the stats of a rare jewel near VP.

There is two types of Crit multi affixes on jewels. Some are prefixes, and some are suffixes.
In prefixe we have :
- Crit multi/chance on melee weapon (1H&2H) => useless till wand are not melee weap.
- Crit multi/chance on fire/cold/light skills => useless till KB/VPS/Barrage are not elem skills.
In suffixe we have :
- Crit multi/chance => the only usefull
- Crit multi/chance on elem skill => useless for the same reason as said before

So that means Crit multi prefixe are totaly useless. The problem is : IAS and Damage are Suffixe. And we only can have 2 prefixes and 2 suffixes on jewel.

2 possible ways to go but it should be done on a ilvl 82+ Opal ring :

The cheapest way :
- Spam alteration till you get T1 WED
- Regal it
- Spam Annulement orb to remove every useless affixes and pray RNG the great to not remove WED.
- Here you should have a rare Opal with T1 WED only, or every usefull affixe with higher stats than master craft rolls can provide.
- Put the Multi craft mods
- Add evey master craft you need (generaly we will go for : Flat Light dmg / Crit chance / Life / Resist)

The expensive way (but which provide the best dps at the end) :
- Spam Deafning essence of Wrath on your Opal ring till you get a T1 WED ;
- Use annulement obs in it to remove useless affixe and keep only WED & % light dmg (and obviously any usefull other affixe with good rolls) (you will have to pray RNG the great to not touche essence mod and WED) ;
- Rest is the same. The only part that change is the suffixe master crafting. You will have to chose between life and resist because of the essence mods which use a suffixe slot.

Increased Lightning Damage is a prefix though.

Will a 5L QotF do just fine farming the shit out of t11s?

How do you manage to cap ressist with MF gear ?
I counted the ressist on your char's gear and it looks like you dont capped on cold ? Correct me if I'm wrong or how do you cap ressists.

Also, is there any boots that is better or worse for this build ? I mean armour/evasion/shield ?
I know that MS/Res/Life/Wed is best stats

You don't really need to cap resists when you're running IIQ gear because you wont be running t15~16s with it and it's rare you'll ever get hit farming racecourse for currency with this build.

Any tips on leveling?

Hi, first of all pretty nice build but holy shit how much have you invested in your gear ... musst be 300-400 Ex at least. How much would you say the basic gear costs atm?

I am playing awhile we the thought to use esh's mirror and vaal breach in my freezing spark inquisitor build to kill bosses but until now I was not aware that someone is using this setup already. What would you say... how can I use the synergy of those items best to make spark a bosskiller? Yeah i know spark mechanics suck for single target dps but I like the challenge to try this.
