Mind Drinker / Blood Drinker are more than enough when your gear is good. Vinktars provides insane extra leech and you should have near to 100% uptime when clearing maps. At bosses it's different, but they can be done easily if properly facing their mechanics (and most bosses which are not guardians / Atziri / Shaper die before Vinktar's buff expires, lol). Levelling this atm, have a headhunter to use so mapping should be fun. Does Inspired learning actually stack with headhunter? and is it worth over some rare hp/dmg jewels? What gear/flasks/jewels should be prioritized when on a budget? Obviously all the necessary shit like Tempest's Binding, etc. but which jewels, flasks, etc? Dying Sun is like 100 chaos right now, so should I wait on grabbing a Dying Sun until gear is optimal and focus on getting Inspired Learning jewels, 6-link Queen of the Forest, etc etc? All the gear is so cheap right now, 3-4 days ago DS was 250+c and TB was like 300+c. So just get it. And IMO after getting Tempest, I would go straight for DS, since it's the most substantial and easy to obtain single target boost u'll have (aoe isn't a problem as soon as you get KB at lvl 28 lol). I haven't really been farming or playing all too much, so I can't afford much else than TB + Dying Sun + 5-linked Queen of the Forest while also grabbing 2 inspiring learning jewels.
