Unable to walk through doors

Same for me, it happens quite often, and most of the time i have to click in a precise point, on top of the normal exit area... Or disconnect and reconnect often resolves problem.

Hit Z to toggle highlights. With highlights always on, you can click on the door's name to progress through. So far I've been able to bypass every instance of the bug with that work-around.

I have this issue as well.

This happens with gates to other areas, AND town portals.
There were incidents where I could not enter certain town portals (if there were multiple TP's, then there were some that I could and some that I couldn't) in town, and transporting to a different area and back fixed the problem. Same with changing area: activating a TP, going to town, and coming back fixed it.
Haven't had any issue with waypoints, but they are probably a different matter anyway.

I've been having this often too recently, I think it got introduced a patch or two ago.
Also, not sure if this is related, the 'auto highlight' option sometimes gets toggled off automatically when I log in ?

I've had this problem multiple times too. Really anoying. Sometimes I can get around the problem holding down Alt and click on the door/gateway etc.
