Buff/rework blasphemy AOE

Eh, I think the Increased AoE support was slightly over nerfed by the changes.
Or possibly that should be, the changes meant that the value given by Increased AoE support did not quite seem enough to cover the cost of a gem slot and the cost increase.

Because people feels that they should not need to cast curses and use other cheap ways to apply them.
But it should have an actual significant cost imho.

Now people that find it too small can either :
- reserve a bit more mana to use it
- self cast curses
- use other curse on hit setups
- suck it up and understand that curses are not something that comes without a cost

That's only my opinion, of course.



People used to have no other way to apply curses than self casting them, not everybody was using them then.
That was another facet of diversity.
Curses were not perceived as a necessity.

Don't mistake me, I like using curses now, more than before, but I don't expect to cover half of the screen for about a quarter of my mana reserved.

Oh that wasn't really about the Blasphemy/Curses situation, I actually think that the AoE change nerfed the Increased AoE gem. XD

I was using a Blasphemied Enfeeble but it was a bit border line with a Fire Storm caster, and now its pretty useless. I don't object to this at all. I'll be happy removing the Blasphemy and using the Enfeeble actively.
