Expert Crafting advice needed :) (Wand)

i succeeded in crafting this sweet item:

i am not a rich poe player (5 ex 150c...) and i don't want to brick this thing
so what should i do with this Wand?
i want to play an ele Wander (like mathil is currently doing)

multimod or ex slam?

no one can give me an advice? :(

I am not good at minmaxing, but personally, I wouldn't even use a single Exalted Orb on improving this item. You have 14% increased attack speed; the highest possible roll is 27%. I would Master-craft one desired affix and be done (critical multiplier? another flat element?)

I don't watch streamers so I have no idea what kind of build Mathil is doing. Traditionally, "ele wander" has been more powerful when built as physical-scaling elemental. But perhaps that is no longer the case. If he's doing some kind of shenanigans with flat elemental damage, and it seems to work pretty well, then go ahead and multimod it, I suppose.

That´s pretty sweet roll on wand - 3x tier1

IF you want to go with "ex slam" apply Vagan's meta suffix "Cannot roll Caster Mods" first (7 x Blessed Orb) and then use two Exalts for two more prefixes. Remove Vagan's mod and craft crit multi.

Hmmm, T1 is of Celebration (26-27%).

14% (of Renown) is T5.

I better tell the poeaffix.net guy, then, his last update was May 12, 2017 which implies it's up to date, but apparently it is wrong!!!

EDIT: Owait, tomay disagrees with you but agrees with the poeaffix.net guy. So I suppose I should hold off on emailing him just yet.

Can we get some evidence one way or another on what the max attack speed roll on wands is?

Hold on... I'm NOT disagreeing. I said IF you want to spam exalts, use Vagan's meta mod first, it's cheap and will greatly increase your chance of getting two useful prefixes. But I also said, it still is a gamble. ;)

Selective disagreement: Disagreement only about tier of attack speed affix possible on wands

Searching through my stash for a counterexample was not fruitful. To the poe.trademobile!

poe.trade seems to reveal no wands with greater than 18% increased attack speed, which indicates Wands probably do indeed have lower attack speed affixes available

It´s easy to check max roll on poe.trade.
You can see no better AS on wand than 16% which is "of Renown" suffix (for rare wand)

I would just craft 1 mod through crafting device (flat ele damage or crit damage) and then compare this wand with http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Piscator%27s_Vigil
