Which CPU for POE?

Your CPU is totally fine, upgrading to a quad core is pointless, as DX11 games can not use it. Wait for DX 12, Mantle or Vulcan then you can upgrade.

Probably, but sometimes this game is unplayable, I have to reroll all ground effects, at many maps with beyond I have FPS DROPS to 15. At many gameplayes from youtube, people dont have so many drops.

Ok, so i7-6700K will be the best? What about i7-7700K and i7-7700?

I wont overclocked my CPU so it wont be useless to buy CPU like 7700K or 6700K?
The Intel k versions are made for overclocking, if your PC cooling system can handle the heat your CPU can go easy up to 4-5 ghz
I use a i5-6500 16GB Ram and a 1060 GTX with 8GB.
This works fine for me. If you play with vsync, try to disable it.

Those newer Intel CPUs run slightly on the hot side, I'm told. People are de-lidding them them and placing thermal compound on the inside and getting like 20c cooler temps under load when OC'd. Buddy of mine upgraded to an I7 7700k, and he was like "I thought you said these cooler master 212+ evo coolers were good" and he showed me his temps, and he was running 15C hotter under load than my I5 2500k does with the same cooler. He had to get an H80i, and that made it run about 8c cooler, but it still runs hotter than my 2500k does on a 212+ evo.....
