Which CPU for POE?

Hello.
Right now I'm using: i3-6100 16GB ram Nvidia 1060 6gb SSD 256GB PoE works fine most of time, but there is much fps drops and this is annoying. Im sure, graphics cars is good enough, so I have to change my CPU. Anyone of you have nvidia 1060 6gb with i5-6600 Or i5-7600? How it works? Is there still many drops in FPS? I dont wanna spend money and still have those FPS DROPS. Should I buy even something better, like i7-7700? I playing only in POE, so I dont care about other games. Sorry for english. i have a i7-6700k and a gtx1080 and no problems here well except for server side lag shit butt nothig can fix that :P

Your drops are due to your connection. Contact your ISP and ask them what you can do about it. They'll probably suggest a better router.

Guys I have a i5 and a GTX 970, when there alot of Monsters and I shatter fps drops really crazy but I only have 8 GB RAM what should I replace?

Like does poe need single core power or it can split with 8 cores? My friend said games like poe need alot CPU work cause it needs to calculate all numbers etc |
