I have a question:

Blade Vortex's "More Damage per Blade" modifier has been changed to apply only to spell damage instead of all damage types. This will remove a double-dipping effect that should not have been occurring."

So.. Blade vortex does not increase spell damage.

He is using Blade Vortex at a low level in his CWDT taken set up so it generates power charges faster. It hits fast, each non crit is 1 power charge thanks to Romira's Banquet ring, and it is free and automatic. Helps kill bosses, on trash it isn't too noticeable.

The double dipping changes shouldn't affect it at all, it's just a charge generator for Discharge

RF is not required for use. RF good for melee boss becouse we all time full life and dont care about life. But if boss hide or teleporting and u cant attack him u need flask with immune to ignite to control RF. Use RF without links in gloves
