Path of Exile on X1 will be offline singleplayer??? Do people know this??

That's new news to me, I didn't know that the Xbox One version was going to be singleplayer only..I think I will stick with the PC masterrace!

Yeah. I might wait closer to release to decide what I'll do. Would be cool to get some official input on this. Would also like to know since we have to be "online" to play singleplayer. Will we have to sign into our ggg accounts? If so would that mean our micro transactions would transfer over? After all it would be the same account. It'd be almost stupid to not let them transfer over. I know with ESO, you could sign in with the same information and link everything together. And so all the micro transactions I bought on PC transferred over to my Xbox and PS4 pro.

Sorry for the multiple posts in my thread. I'm on my phone at work. Wouldn't it be kind of hard to sell micro transactions on a singleplayer game anyways? I think it would be kind of hard to sell a bit on a singleplayer game where the armor and weapons are all dull and you have to pay for the cool looking stuff.

Umm I'm pretty sure he was talking about local co op. We already know the console version will have multiplayer because it was said you have to have xbox live to trade and play in groups.

ALL play in PoE is online as has already been explained to you in this thread. You're confusing online and multiplayer, and it is causing you to spread misinformation. Stop, and edit the demonstrably false claim in the thread title.

Yeah, consoles have been dead since PS2 era.

They should really call it something else... it's not the same game.
