My personal preference would be a 500es 5% reduced mana reserved helm. Would be amazing and potentially allow us to run arctic armour which is INSANE for scorching ray defense.

If I'm running my numbers correctly, a reduced reservation enchant for any of the auras you run on mana, should be enough to allow us to use arctic armour. From what I can see, a 20% reduced local enchant is the same as 4% reduced global essence helm.

This is the example I'm using, with the reduced discipline mana reservation, however both purity of fire and purity of ice reservation would be good as well. I guess I'm not gonna hunt only the RF damage enchant anymore. :)

Need 207 mana to run lvl 20 clarity, got 180 mana left. Can't run lvl 20 clarity.
