this build is awesome, my unique question is the vaal pact real nescessary? or have some way to not picking it, im a kinda new at the game and vaal pact seems pretty dangerous for me haha

and could i use taste of hate?

Not sure how you get this, it makes you leech way faster and build wouldn't really work without it. The only downside is that you no longer have life regeneration which doesn't do anything in reality anyway.

For what? It gives % of phys dmg as extra cold dmg, and we do 0 phys dmg. Which means entire flask is a waste.

Great guide and I'm having a lot of fun with this build.



I'm using tombfist instead of the gripped gloves. The 10% increased damage from intimidation and opening up another abyssal jewel seems better than what I had. I also replaced the rat's nest with the lightpoacher as I can't afford a 40% spectral throw damage rat's nest yet. Bonus resists, life and another jewel is alright.

I dropped the minion life gem and the reduced mana cost gem to make room for the abyss jewels. Obviously I'm still tweaking everything (need some better jewelry and jewels), but I think my biggest issue is my lowered evasion (22% chance to dodge, down from 32%). I might change my boots to atziri's step to push that back up if i can fill out the resists. I might drop the abyss uniques once I can buy the rat's nest.

Any feedback on the tombfist / lightpoacher?

Same as I posted previously on shroud or tombfists or anything else. They are cool ass uniques, abyss jewels OP as hell but don't think it is worth the swap.

Lightpoacher is pure clearspeed which we don't really need. I would much rather have the attack speed + crit + massive evasion that rat's nest offers. Dual socket lightpoacher won't be BAD for the build and its fun to use but that's about all I can say for it.

Also should note that while 2 extra abyssal sockets sounds awesome, it means you lose 2 gem slots as well. Im sure people that truly want to fit it in the build will manage just fine, but besides that I don't think its worth.
