TC, Chilled or Tar in every damn map, Why?
Please refresh my memory or did diablo 3 have as many slowing crap mods as Poe?
It feels like power creep is so overboard in this game, that you can clear maps in less than minute with right build. So they add multiple slowing mods that don't actually make content harder, but slow fastest builds down. This is REALLY bad design and makes clearing with non cookie cutter build pain in the ass. Starting new character feels actually more fun than running end game maps, as act 1-4 don't have any slow effects in them. Just few random effects here and there. How does that help with chilled and tar ground movement penalties?
They push that mechanic to hard imho, it is annoying and to intensive. It should be either smaller areas with current intensity, or toned down by 40-50%. My life is much easier after I choose ascencandies that are immune to that kind of things... Alt Art items as League MTX - When?

You can get Tar in Zana's device? Never got it once, 3k or 4k map tiers done lol. Running penta (now back to quad) curse BV is a b@tch though, hexproof or 15%+ phys reflect nearly every roll. Strangely enough my Arc (pure lightning) witch gets ele reflect 4/5 map rolls.

If you put on your full plate mail, and I throw hundreds of toothpicks at you, you'll basically not feel it. If someone catapults a whole tree at you, don't expect the Armour to prevent as much of the damage. |

D3 characters are slow as hell anyway, and its not like D3 is a game we want to be copying. I love how people here complain about the clear speed meta but then also complain about anything that slows them down.

The amount of ground effect in this game is just to dense.
One ground effect sometimes cover like 30% of the map, like wf? Its neither apply tactical gameplay nor is dangerous in most cases, its just annoying. Reduce density by 80%, increase the effect by at least 100% in most cases. People will think twice before blindly steping on everything. |
