streej: yes its a kill before they see u. But its mostly a very cheap fast shaper/t16 farmer.
smackthatxxx: get better jewel, also drop atziri promise for wise oak n make sure that ur lightning res is ur highest res A day w/o dealing with stupid ppl is like....Never mind. Ill tell u if it ever happens

i have such low dps, i dont know why, only 43.8k barrage damage when in my h/o without any charges(5L shav), here's my gear below can you help me out improve dps? cuz a guy have 70k in h/o, i m so confuse.

Hey guys, thanks for the guide. I've been thinking about either rolling this or HOWA, seeing as HOWA probably will be nerfed in 3.0, I'm leaning towards this build. I'm a total noob at PoE, but the nerfs coming in 3.0 (Double dipping and so on) won't affect this build at all right?

I would need to run it into PoB but the multi is likely better than 44 spell damage and the 15 is 3% higher than a master craft so the wand might not be as bad as it seems.
