Jewels are dps/max ES. Atk speed & proj dmg/spell dmg are best rolls, and also put in energy from within.

Jeeze, how much did each of those 4 dps mod jewels cost? Maybe people disregard coe builds after the great blood rage nerf but i cant imagine they were cheap.

Is this build going to get a nerf soon? I want to try it because my current flicker build is squishy but I'd like to give this one a go.

Barrage could potentially get nerfed (though I'm not sure I see it happening), but wanding isn't particularly overpowered compared to some other skills or specs, so I doubt that this kind of build will get nerfed too significantly. Maybe with some ES nerfs or something the ES would be too low though, I can't say for certain.
