probly go flesh ripper seems to be alot cheaper time to figure out which axe nodes to take

But does death's door with 2 endurance charge exist? Didn't see any

And can I replace the endurince warcry with other gem?

Any suggestion?

Yes it is around 25ex. But is it better then the starforge? I want to know which one would be better for this build.
