" other than Wrath and Empower at level 4 (if possible), I would say level 21/20 Added Lightning damage and Barrage in your single target links because they scale very well with increased elemental damage. " Just to add-on to what Toma said.. Personally, I use a Lightning Pen Wrath and Mana Leech Wrath one. I Don't see any of the other ones to be as useful since Penetration is free damage and mana leech saves us a point in Essence Sap/Near Vitality Void for mana issues. basically done with the build, could work in farrul's fur for bosses and get over 6m shaper dps but that's overkill imo |

Just dropping by to say a word of thanks for writing this detailed and informative guide.
Tried Scion elementalist wander 2 leagues ago but it pales in comparison to pf wander at endgame. A humble 1.6 mil shaper dps and 5.6k life so far... looking to 21/20 gems to reach 1.8 mil :). |
