"New Herald of Ash goes so insanely well with Flameblast that I think there's actually good reason to play this build again. GC totems are absolutely going to be beastly too though." So since HoA doesn't work with totems will GC ultimately be the stronger choice? I got the impression a few pages ago that you thought FB was competitive because of HoA changes - so without that will FB fall significantly behind GC? Thanks! Their DPS is almost identical if you swap the correct things around. It's nearly entirely just flavor and quality of life differences. El Psy Congroo. Gonna start the league with this cuz i miss playing Flameblast! But wanted to change some gems, could you please help me a little? Gonna put CWDT - Immortal Call - Inc. Dur. - Golem and want to go Lightning Warp - Faster Cas. - Less Dur. - Swift Affliction and can i do Temporal Chains with Blasphemy or Temporal Chains - Arcane Surge (level 12) - Increased Duration - Increased Area of Effect is overall better? And i remain with 6 free sockets(weapons) what should i put there? Thanks a lot! Additionally, by using blasphemy you'd be reserving a huge section of your EHP. I'd say it's a bad idea, but I'm no expert on the build. Edited because I misread it the first time. I'm sorry, between PMs and all the responses in here I don't have time to reply to everything. I've updated the levelling trees to work properly, fiddled with the skill tree a bit for some damage optimisations, and added expensive gear stats for people who want to see the build's ceiling (2.7 mil shaper DPS) and a quick Glacial Cascade conversion guide.
