i never had the jewel in the pob because it can confuse newer players (pob dont support keynote changes from timeless jewels). so as you can see i add an information panel about that in the skill tree section and jewel in my gear section ;)

and no, nothing changed for 3.12

ye i like the extra mana gain from battle rouse but you can ofc just pick what you like most ;)

i would go with a "The Wise Oak" Flask. You can also try to get some well crafted Steel Rings. Maybe you can run some Uber Labs or Buy an Abyssus with Warchief Enchantment. These changes would push your dmg with ~ 150k per Totem
