Slayer Brutal Fervour - Vaal Pact + bleed immunity broken (2.3.1)

Alright, back from a few more tests.
This time, i used a mana leech gem, to ensure that my leech rate was high enough so that i would be in a constant leeching state while attacking.
That was tested on nemesis mobs (corrupted blood), at around 12 attacks per second.
Results : no bleed applied at all (no bleed icon, no bleed charge).
That is actually the behaviour i was looking for (that i had before creating this topic).
So, in other words, i guess my 0.4% mana leech was sometimes not enough to make me be in a constant leeching state.

I guess we can close this topic, since everything seems to work as expected.
Anyway, that was pretty informative.
We now know for sure that :
> Vaal Pact doesn't trigger any "while leeching" bonuses at all (thx again Chris).
> Being in a leeching state prevents bleed charges from being applied, assuming you are actually in that state when the charge is supposed to be added ("on hit" for nemesis mobs).
So, if you're using Vaal Pact, you need a sufficient mana leech rate for that to happen.
