I don't think so.
Think of it like this: to be able to block a second attack, you would have to have recovered from the previous block. Hence the existence of 'block recovery'. |

There was a similar thread a day ago.
You can always block, even if you're stuck in the animation. CliveHowlitzer wrote:

I have tried with very low block and stun recovery but it still did not show. |

Yes you can still block during the block animation.
The block animation only happens if you block an attack that would have stunned you. If you had high HP to begin with or if you have Unwavering Stance or a "cannot be stunned" item, you won't be able to see the block animation. Naturally, if you're a 2-hander, you won't have any block chance to begin with hence no block animation for you too. Build of the Week 14
