Hi, I'm really enjoying this build but I was wondering, with Storm Call is there any benefit to using Concentrated Effect over Added Lightning damage? I've been switching it up and noticed I get way more dps with Concentrated Effect.

This build doesn't use elemental overload ?

Its'a crit build, that'd be really dumb to use Elemental Overload with it
If nothing goes right, go left.
