What you guys using for single target T15+ as gem setup? I feel this is the only thing need it to be efficient, everything else dies fast.

You can swap out increased AOE for concentrated effect for more single target. I havent had to bother with that for maps though.

My dps with inc AOE is 19.5k, with conc effect goes to 30k

Is Rumi realy worth 40c ?
The stats with Granite + 88% increased Armour (cheap one) a realy good.

what is the budget for this build? and what are the mandatory uniques?

Taste of Hate and Vinktar's alone are 12ex. You can get by with just standard flasks, but the flasks are the biggest upgrade.

What about shield charge instead of whirling? Would that be better for moving around?

Also Vinktar's or Taste of Hate first?

Let's say i will probably never have the currencies for the two unique flasks .

Is the build still viable to run high end maps like t10-12 with a good clear speed or will i get struck at t6 maps for exemple with different flasks setup ?

YESS! I'd sayRumi and Rathpith are the only "mandatory" upgrades for this build. The defence gain is enormous. Rumi + Rathpith will give you around 70%Block AND 60%Spellblock.

I'm currently running T14 without a problem so far on SC with only Rumis+Rathpith as expensive items. Atziri's Promise is a good poor mans alternative for a offensive flask.

what should i buy first : 6L carcass jack or taste of hate? which is the best improvement?

As I am lazy as well I let go of clearmind, made a second CWDT with BV/COC/PCoC and went Blasphemy/WM :P

I guess its a littly gimpy but kinda works for me. Currently Sitting at ~900 unreserverd Mana and 5,5k Hp.
