PoE Planner - Online Build Planner

For some reason my profile won't allow trees or gear to import into the planner saying its set to private. We've tried different browsers, checking its the right account and that it is indeed set to public and no answers. Guildies have tried to import it too when we are theorycrafting but they can't either.

GGG support aren't able to help, any suggestions?

We recently identified a bug/inconsistency in the GGG API for getting gear/tree of characters where you need to input your account name as case sensitive. This problem does not occur when getting the list of your characters.

We were able to succesfully import your character's tree/gear using this.

Poe planner is lagging alot for me, is there anything i can do ?

I can't seem to add mods onto flasks. I can pull up the base flask "Sanctified Mana Flask" or "Divine Life Flask" but when I go to add affixes the tool doesn't register the mod in any way. I've managed it on all my other equipment just seems off on the basic flask mods.

I get logged out after a few hours, even when I'm still tabbed into the site. Is this a known bug and can it be fixed? I'd at least enjoy a "remember me" option that preserves my session.

Does this not calculate skill damage?

i cant seem to scroll left, right down or up on my tablet, whilst using chrome. the skill tree is fixed only on one segment of the tree

My equipment that I tried to import isn't showing up on the equipment tab. Only boots are showing
