WORKING FIX for win7 without SP1

Dunce here once again. Just followed the numbered instructions and this dunce is happy once again playing poe.Thanks so much again! As rararaputin put it, just dump it in poe directory. So DUMP AND PLAY! DUMP AND PLAY!!!!! DUMP AND PLAY! LOLOLOLOL

its working FOR ALL Windows 8.1 \ 10 \ 7 - without any play with VC++ 2015 or 2013 (install, reinstall, repair or delete)

all u need

Run pathofexile.exe in Windows XP (SP3) mode (find above in this thread how to do it)
and copy files into PoE folder
then Start pathofexile.exe

Once Your Pathofexile got Patched u can switch in back to normal mode = turn Windows Xp (sp3) mode off
start game again and have fun

Tryed on W7 (SP 0) and 8.1 Windows Pro Compact
