Support has never fixed players' mistakes. If you didn't want to kill him and accidentally clicked kill, then you could have portaled back to town and not actually killed him. Then you wouldn't have completed his portion of the quest. But you went ahead and killed him. So you have nobody to blame but yourself. Calling the game stupid when you were the one who made a mistake is kinda silly.
i killed him cuz i thought when i reset the instance i can speak to him anyway ... as i said already we dont play real life simulator - and since he is alive even tho i killed him it is rather stupid that i can not side with the bandit ...
