[2.0] Blood Rage degen effect is not reduced by Armor

While we are at it... since it's physical you should be able to evade the damage.

I am aware of the mechanics, my initial post should have prove that.
I dont mind to let work Armor as it works on small hits against Blood Rage. That would only shift it from CI to Armor and let Armor users take no damage at all from Blood rage.

Yeah you could use Blood Dance...and i use it, but i dont use Blood Rage. In my case i wanted to have another chance to get Frenzy charges besides the Blood dance Boots.
Anyways, i worked around it because i dont want to waste that much life regen i get from that boots only to have a 25% chance to get Frenzy charges. As a Spellcaster, the Attack Speed and Leech is wasted for me.

I cant just spec 4% life regen because i am using Righteous Fire already

When you are using logic to prove some Game Mechanics, then in fact a lot would not work.

But the good thing is, that the 4% degen would not get increased by negative resistances (as it was before). You can reduce it with Endurance Charges/Golem/Arctic Armor (at least while standing still), but the maximum Damage you can take from it is 4% of your maximum life.

+ 4% of your energy shield, so it really clobbers hybrid builds with a good split between es and life.
