Depends.
If you're just steamrolling T1-3 maps, № 2 is your best bet. Greatest MF. But if you want to push above T5s, you're going to need more life than that. In which case № 3 is the way to go. Best combination of survivability, damage, and MF. Dying = waste of portals = losing currency, so I would definitely opt for higher life pools if you plan on pushing mid-tier or higher maps.
