Thanks, By the way the ggkp defrag has a virus Scan with 360 total security, I created another Character it is also ranger So I will delete the old one

You may have deleted your archer already. but just in case, i had the same problem, contacted support, and they helped ^^, in short, succeessfully connecting through a vpn "once" would solve the problem. peace out.
You can also connect via a different gateway and it should work.
