Update on Deterministic Lockstep

Thanks, this is the one change I've wanted from day #1. I hope it works out. In my opinion, it's the only major setback this game has.

I'm a little worried about locksep.

South america still doesn't have a gateway and it's a bit sad when you have to play with worst ping than EU players on NA, lockstep might not be the best thing for us, but I still have a lot of hope on GGG and I'm an optimist so I'm hoping for the best!

We'll be able to play on any of these modes, right?
