PoE Shops Indexer — search for items with ease

Tons of stuff are not getting indexed lately. As to why I have no idea. For example say I'd search for a bow called "john doe's bow" or whatever. Correct spelling, correct league, and returns no result. Since I know this bow exists and I recorded down the seller name, I'll go to the forum and search up the seller's thread, and there is the bow, still unsold (verified). Or I can simply put in something like ea 6S5L bow with certain criteria, and it would show a few results but not the one I was looking for, then of course it would be still in the forum thread.

if you want to get help you should be more specific

I'm not sure how much more specific I can get, unless you want me to record every single item that's not indexed? Some items, seemingly random, are not getting indexed when they're clearly sold on the forums with a verified tag.

Edit: When i changed my account name i also got new xyz control URL. I tried my old one and it seems to work but it shows wrong name(the url and poe.trade). This wouldn't be a problem but indexer shows my tempest character name and i currently trade only in warbands. I don't think anyone can contact me in warbands through my tempest character name. I am confused, please could someone explain this to me?

Seems like it's working fine right now? I found your shop and it displays correct IGN and account name. You should use the new control URL corresponding to your new account name.
