The protection Immortal Call/Increased Duration/CWDT gives us is minimal but its there. Personally like i said in many posts before i dislike Full Elemental Conversion because its dangerous e.g. the map may not have reflection but a single rare mob may have and you will die out of nowhere hence why i recommend getting Drillneck to reduce some of the Elemental conversation.

Or you can not do Reflect related content in general, limited. I have seen some guides here and there saying the same thing, can do anything etc expect Reflect maps.

We spec on the tree on a node if i recall right named Blood Drinker to life leech, search it via the passive tree's search bar.

Is the raider build guardian/shaper viable? Or at least the pathfinder version?

Your gear is similar but better than mine and I have no problem with T7 (even before adjusting my build yesterday), single-target or not. Granted some bosses are difficult.

What are you dying to? I would set up a 4-link with Curse on Hit + Projectile Weakness/Ele Weakness. I noticed your Herald of Ice isn't linked to anything (and you have 2).

Yeah, i saw it in stats but is 0.4% life leech enough?

To be honest i am not sure not the right person to answere because i have 0.6% life leech from Gloves too and generally i still lack damage.

With my 1% at least it seems really good.

Big upgrade would be flasks. Dying Sun or Taste of hate. Maybe even Wise Oak.
Also get a Granite flask. 3000+ armor is insane
