Best build on a 30ex budget?

Recently a Kaom's dropped for me, so i got some currency going (finally!), but i can't decide on a build. What i want is a build that can farm AT LEAST merc Dominus, with decent speed and relatively in a comfortable way without dying too much. And i'm looking for the most effective builds on my 30ex budget.
All my previous attempts at this failed. I can farm up to dominus, but it just takes so long and my characters die so much that it's not even funny anymore.
None of the builds in the class forums is appealing to me, except Ele Buzzsaw (which i've tried before) and crit dagger builds, which are expensive as hell. The top crit dagger build posted at the moment requires around 100 ex to succeed.

Builds i don't like:
- CoC builds. I got tired of mine pretty fast.
- Flicker Strike.
- Casters. Just get them away from me.
- RF, since i couldn't bear with just walking and automatically doing damage.
- Wanders. The little stick is just not epic enough.
- Gimmicky builds with complicated mechanics and very specific items/stat combinations.

Things i DO like:
- Shadow, Duelist, Scion and maybe Ranger. Absolutely no Templars, i hate running around pantless and i hate seeing his hand always on his chest.
- Badass looking character. Really, if i like the build AND the character looks cool, it's perfect.
- Daggers. If you have any idea of an affordable crit dagger build, then please do share it.
- Claws, but unfortunately they seem a bit weak to me, and it's a pain to get vaal pact with certain classes.
- Bows, although the skills and supports are pretty uninteresting and they can't have any movement skills
- 2-handed, as long as they're on the fast side. Most likely swords.


Quick reminder, i'm not looking for a build that "works" on a 30ex budget. What i'm looking for are builds that shine the most at that budget.

Note - this is a build that "works" on 30 ex, but you mentioned wanting to do a cheaper crit dagger build and this definitely scales well on higher investment.
