Queen of the Forest + Iron reflexes

So i am currently looking at the new uniques, and was wondering if the "1% movement speed per 450 evasion rating" works with Iron reflexes.
If i have 4500 evasion (without dex. bonus ) and turn it into armor with IR, is the movement bonus still kicking in.

Does it count before IR or after IR?

Once you take IR you have 0 evasion, so move speed bonus won't work.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

Please forgive the necro, but:

Has anyone tried this in 3.1?
Using flasks with % evasion give a large boost to armour with the iron reflexes passive even though 100% of zero is zero.

I would just try it, but I don't have a QotF and I'd rather not but one just to check.

Any modifiers to your evasion are calculated before the "conversion" to armor. Thus the flask will correctly modify the armor you get as a result of IR.

Your final evasion rating is still zero, so QotF will not give you any movement speed bonus for it.

Increased Evasion modifiers are added after conversion to Armour, to make 'em additive with Increased Armour; same mechanics as Damage Conversion :)
I'm currently using this combo to try to min/max my 99% reduced movement speed 'build'.
Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:
