Crashing only while streaming

Lately I've been getting a lot of crashes while entering/leaving zones while streaming.

It only seems to happen when I stream and it's very annoying.

Both on my Home pc with Xsplit and on my laptop with ingame stream it happens.

Try using OBS streaming software its free, might not give you any issues. Also it uses less resources

The "Unable To MapViewOfFile" error is a Memory error... IE: You're running out of it.

Your system cannot handle the RAM requirements for both PoE and Streaming apparently.

Since you didn't list your specs, I cannot say for sure, but that is what that error means.

You can find helpful hints on how to fix it in the Common Technical Problems sticky post at the top of this page. You'll either need to use -gc 2 on your shortcut target (or Launch Options if you're using Steam), or you'll need to reduce your texture_quality to 2, 3, or 4 (the higher the number, the lower the texture quality)... you might even need a combination of both.

Honestly that shouldn't be an issue on my Home pc

Intel I7 - 8GB RAM - Nvidia 680 GTX - SSD.

It seems like there is some sort of memory leak as it only happens after a few maps (2-4 maps)

I got almost the same specs on my laptop I7 - 8GB ram - Nvidia 630 GT

On my home pc everything is maxed. On my laptop everything is set to minimum settings.

Also I didn't get this error before the "Release" I think a Leak was created after the release and still haven't been fixed.

Are you running a 32-bit OS?

If so, it doesn't matter how much RAM you have, it will only see a little over 3GB worth of it.

Check your Resource Monitor then and see what sort of RAM usage you're getting.

That error means you're running out of RAM.

I'd add -gc 2 anyway to be honest as it doesn't actually affect much in terms of your normal performance (or the quality of the graphics) but will still keep your memory a bit more controlled.
