Passive Tree - Simplification Options/Builder?
I haven't gotten to play the game, but I'd like to understand it a bit before I make a char I hate and have to reroll. So I'm trying to get a handle on the skill tree. I have a couple ideas.
1. Let us click on a skill, instantly training all skills along the path to get to that skill. 2. Create a non-tree builder, where you can view only major and notable skills, separated into tabs for each class that they are located nearest, in the order from closest to furthest. That way we can spot the big game changing passives, choose them, and then the builder can pickup the other ones along the way. This is similar to 1, but I have a problem scrolling all around the current tree (my small resolution maybe), and could use one where less 'stuff' is in front of me. 3. Then, after doing the major skills, we could set goals for how much of each stat we think we will want or need for whatever level we set, and the builder could then create the most efficient path to getting each of those stats up that high, throwing you an error if there aren't enough points left by that level to get to that stat. 4. You could also have drop down boxes for how much evasion, armor, bonus damage, etc. Non attribute type stats that you could set a goal for after part 3. I think organizing a builder this way would let people create builds that do what they want much easier. Any programmers out there want to tackle this, see the potential maybe? |

Thanks, does this tool do anything like plotting through a path, or simplifying/removal of minor nodes (something along those lines I mean)?
Or just a handy offline version of the main site? |
