Power Charge buff

is the 50% per charge multiplicative on your current overall crit? or is it multiplicative on your base weapon/skill crit chance?

for instance say you have 20% crit total in the character sheet (5% crit base) and u get 3 charges which is 150% crit chance buff, are you now at 50% crit? or are you at only 27.5 crit chance?
You´re right like nearly anything else in poe, increased crit chance means here multiplicative. =)

but as to which crit chance is what im asking.
Your math is correct. As i know any increase is calculated through the base crit value.

It's multiplicative, which means it multiplies your current overall crit chance.

The term for "multiplicative on base crit chance" is additive, and would be indicated on the passive tree as "% additional."

Actually, I believe its like this:

0.20*(1.5)^3 = 0.675

The power charges also stack with themselves.

No since they are percentage modifiers with "increased,reduced"-name they stack with themselfes.

I get confused when people talk about multiplicative and additive stuff, cos im pretty sure some people are using them interchangeably. Here is how power charges work:

You get a weapon with 5% base crit on it. With one charge you will get 7.5% total. With 2 10%... With 6 - 20%. They will each give exactly 50% more of the base crit chance specified on the weapon/spell regardless of any other bonuses.
