Iron Ring to Resist Ring Vendor Recipe Change

Currently the iron ring vendors to the vendor with a skill gem, returning a resist ring. The recipe isn't really coherent with the whole green = cold, blue = lightning, and red = fire.

Currently the recipe with the iron ring is:
Red gem -> Ruby, fire resist.
Green gem -> Topaz, lightning resist. Should be cold resist.
Blue gem -> Sapphire, cold resist. Should be lightning resist.

I like the legacy call to Diablo 2's gems because that's exactly how the gems worked when socketed into shields, but it doesn't really make sense here.

How it might be changed?

Change the topaz ring to a jade ring to keep the colouration coherent and make the sapphire ring do lightning instead of cold resist. Blessed orbs could modify the implicit to the new resist type on legacy rings.
