Lock at 6L When Fusing Chests
Hello
Few days ago, I found a chest with a nice roll, so I decided to try 5L or even 6L if possible. I used SHIFT + Click method to make it faster, after ~200 fusings I got 6L, but SADLY I missclicked and removed the previous links. Well, I'm not complaining since it's my only fault for not paying enough attention, BUT I want to suggest when 6L is accomplished, just lock itself from being fused again or a warning message box, since there's no purpose further after it. Hope you have a nice day. Best regards, AddOnPCK IGN: OnGoD/Kostobaro/Seselia/Ypdite Dernière édition par AddOnPCK#3517, le 15 juil. 2013 à 03:54:24

I can feel you op, but nonetheless i don't support your idea. i would only appreciate an option for this but not make it mandatory for everyone due to cases where people don't really want 6l. yes, this is possible. some builds are too mana intensive and due not 6l-playable. in some cases you also want to achieve different links on a 6s wp or chest piece so you can link different skills in addition to complement your build.

Are you trying to convince me there's anyone here that rather a 5L over a 6L? Dude your argument is bs. If you don't want to use the 6th gem, just don't place it. :)

I have to agree that a warning on both five and six link items should be added when attempting to fuse. Sure people refuse 5links an odd time, but it's pretty rare to get it in the first place. It'd be one warning every 150 fuses or so.
Adding a warning to trying to jewelery orb a 6socket would also be very nice. If your tired or not paying attention it's very possible to use a jewelery orb on a 6L instead of a chromatic and BAM, there goes several exalted down the flusher. I'd also like to be able to just shift click spam fusing until the warning pops up. Checking it each time is time consuming and soul crushing. " You mean the Eternal Orb? Should be a congratulations message of some kind when you hit a 6L or a "Are you sure you want to use this crafting item" message pop-up if you try to use a fusing on a 6L.

Wow..
Agree with this idea. lol Could go further, and when you use that shift method, it could pop-up with a window asking what link you're after, you select 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6, and then fuse away, it stopping when it gets your desired result. 2 days ago i had the brilliant idea:
- Make a NPC Char in Town kinda like a Blacksmith (this char should be a crafting station) - There YOU should be able to have diferrent options: - for every ORB that you use, you can use another one to UNDO the modification - this would prevent you to loose your best roll on an item. you roll it, if you dont like, just spend another orb and get your last result back. I think its viable, since you will still wasting your currency, but a lot safer. - you should be able to define a number of sockets/links on an item and give ALL your currency to the NCP, so he can roll it for you. If its successfull, you get the remaining orbs back, if not you get the last roll. This would save a lot of time doing crafting. |
