"Not Enough Space on Disk"

I haven't played PoE in a while, so when I got back to it there was a patch to download. No big deal, since my external has 185 GB free right now.
Apparently, that isn't enough space since when the client was done checking for resources I received an error message saying "Not enough space on disk." Is there a way for me to rectify this since this is obviously not true? Thanks in advance for your help. |

It downloads onto the C:\TEMP before it gets transferred to the External.
If the EXTERNAL is a BACKUP drive, it can be that there is a set amount LOCKED in for backups. OS: WinXP SP2 32bit

This is probably because you're installing on a drive with the FAT32 format. The game is larger than 4gb, so you'll need to use NTFS instead!
