Can you clarify policy on multiple accounts (mule accounts)?

Hi!
I've read through "Terms & Conditions" several times, but haven't found any information about multiple account policy. Forum search also revealed nothing. Can you confirm that it is forbidden for one person to have several accounts (for purposes of stashing gear without spending money for stash tabs, scamming in trade chat with some fake auctions, etc.)? I mean that it should be forbidden for obvious reasons, but can I get an official confirmation of your company's position on this matter?

I just want to test a crazy assumption, that the less currency you got in your league's stash, the more currency drops for your character in that league. So I'm trying to find where I can temporary store everything valuable from the stash to actually test the currency drops without any single orb in my chest... Dernier bump le 30 déc. 2014 à 07:52:33

Multiple accounts are fine, and even encouraged sometimes. You can make as many mule accounts to hold your extra things as you want. Chris and other devs have stated this many times. If it were not allowed though, the convenience of extra stash tabs or extra character slots would be pay-to-win, which GGG is very much against.
You need a new email account for each new PoE account, and you should have unique and secure passwords for each thing. Don't automate any gameplay with software to play these alt accounts though, that's an entirely separate issue which will get your multi-box/bot accounts and your main account banned. |

" It's still the same as it was before. Having multiple accounts is fine. Using them incorrectly is not. Using an account for "storage" is fine. Using them to bot/farm by yourself is not. IE: as long as you do not automate the play of either account, or use any hacks/cheats/3rd party apps, you are fine having multiple accounts. |

I can confirm both replies are correct. But I'm not too sure about your currency drop theory. It would be interesting to see if you come to any conclusions.

haha nice theory :D mine is to pick only chaos and above so the game gives u more if u dont pick up everything. just found an exalted 20min ago :D
